How to Create a Support Ticket

    Log in to your account
    Go to support.boxme.ph and sign in with your Boxme account email.

    Click "Create New Ticket"
    Click the blue button on the homepage or go directly to Create New Ticket.

    Fill in the ticket details
    Select the service type, enter the order/tracking number, and describe your issue clearly. Attach screenshots or files if needed.
  4. 4
    Submit and wait for response
    Click Submit. You will receive a confirmation email. Our team will respond within 24 business hours.

How to Track Your Ticket

    Go to "My Ticket"
    Click My Ticket from the homepage or the top navigation bar to see all your submitted tickets.

    Check ticket status
    Each ticket shows its current status: Open  Resolved  Replied
  3. 3
    Reply or add more information
    Click on a ticket to open it. You can add comments, attach files, or reply to the agent directly from the ticket detail page.
  4. 4
    Email notifications
    You will automatically receive an email update whenever the status changes or the agent replies to your request.
